To WP provides website migration services from various CMS platforms to WordPress and Elementor. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in the project proposal following your free audit.
3. Free Audit
The free migration audit is provided at no obligation. It includes an automated analysis and professional assessment. Audit results are confidential and prepared specifically for your website.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on this website are starting points. Final quotes are fixed-price and confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
5. Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope. Delays caused by client-side factors (content approval, access credentials, third-party dependencies) may extend timelines accordingly.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to your current website, hosting, DNS, and any required credentials. You are responsible for backing up your existing site before migration begins.
7. SEO & Rankings
We implement industry-standard SEO migration practices including 301 redirects and metadata preservation. While we have a strong track record, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings as they depend on many external factors.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the migrated website. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable European law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings.
